TK3 TK5 hollow guide rails are engineered as two distinct model categories to meet different load, speed, and installation requirements in modern elevator systems. While both models feature a hollow structural design for weight reduction, each type is optimized for specific operating conditions and project scales.

The TK3 hollow guide rails are designed for elevators with moderate load requirements and standard travel heights. Its optimized hollow cross-section provides sufficient guiding rigidity while minimizing overall rail weight, making it an ideal solution for cost-sensitive projects and residential buildings.

The TK5 hollow guide rails are developed for applications requiring higher load capacity, increased rigidity, and enhanced operational stability. With a larger cross-section and reinforced hollow structure, TK5 rails provide improved resistance to bending and vibration under dynamic operating conditions.

Precision and Guiding Performance of TK3 TK5 Hollow Guide Rails

Precision and guiding performance are critical factors in the design and application of TK3 TK5 hollow guide rails. These rails are manufactured with controlled cross-sectional geometry and tight dimensional tolerances to ensure accurate guidance of moving components along the intended travel path. The hollow profile is carefully engineered to maintain uniform stiffness along the rail length, which helps preserve straightness and alignment under operating loads.

From a guiding performance perspective, the accuracy of the rail’s running surfaces directly influences motion smoothness and positional repeatability. High-quality surface finishing reduces friction and minimizes wear at the contact interface between the rail and the guide shoe or roller assembly. The balanced stiffness provided by the hollow structure also limits elastic deformation under lateral and vertical loads, ensuring consistent guidance even during high-speed or long-stroke operation. As a result, TK3 TK5 hollow guide rails deliver reliable directional control, stable motion behavior, and long-term accuracy in applications where precise alignment and smooth guidance are essential.

Craftsmanship & Service

According to International Standards

According to international standards: ISO7465:2007; ISO630: 2021. According to international standards, conduct comprehensive testing of raw materials based on the material certification provided by suppliers to ensure that the quality of each batch of raw materials meets the requirements.

Quality Assurance

Configure two automated guide rail production lines. The equipment must ensure that the produced items comply with or exceed customer requirements while maintaining the stability of straightness, distortion, and surface roughness

Precision Control

Given the stringent requirements for straightness and twist in BE grade guideways, specialized automatic straightening and twist correction equipment, along with advanced detection systems, have been implemented. The straightness is maintained within 0.5 mm, while the twist is controlled to within 30' per meter

One-stop Service

The service concept of "customer first" asserts that, regardless of where our services are delivered—be it within the company, at the client's workplace, on the construction site, or during transportation—our primary objective remains to satisfy the client
